To be eligible, this must be your first time ordering this product and your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This only applies if the product looked different to you than what the picture showed. We can’t accept opened products. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All subscription items are non-refundable and sales are final.

Exchanges
